Two women who made a massive impression on me when I was a kid. First, Ornella Muti as Princess Aura in Flash Gordon. This pic isn't from Flash but from Oasis of Fear, but she is still gorgeous!
Second, Linnea Quigley. I blame this scene from Return of the Living Dead for my live-long obsession with thigh-high socks/leg warmers.
And some process comps:
I had to get a picture of me where I didn't look like a complete melon for a magazine feature I've got coming up, so I thought I may as well post it up here as well; even though doing it makes me feel a bit ill! I hate having to do promotion; I need a patron who'll just pay me to draw whatever I like no questions asked...
Polish (I think!) website JoeMonster stuck some pictures up of mine, so;
witam nowych zwolenników!
And here's an excellent example of Ornella Muti in action. It's 90% the voice I'm sure...
More art soon!
very cool works! Ornella it's italian like me! It was so beautiful when she was young...
Amazing work as always :) great painting style!
Ornella Muti? Mings daughter?
Man, Mings daughter was super hawt!
Why the hell would Flash go for Dale over princess Aura!?!
What was it she said? Something like "But father, I want him."
It's me again.
Not only would Flash have gotten loads of extras in the sack her dad ruled the universe!
That he would have turned all thatr down is less likely than the hawk men having a sky bike!
Stunning his work incredible. Congratulations!!

spleenal:"But father, I want him." ha ha, christ, I forgot about that...it's no wonder she played havoc with my young hormones!
+1 for ornella muti.
P.s. i'd have to add my vote for Caroline Monroe in Sinbad...god bless you google image search
Beautiful stuff, as always. Have you any tips for a young artist on the finishing process? I'm crippled by black outlines, all of my digital paintings have a very rough and toony look to em. Keep up the inspiring stuff!
Will never forget the torture scene in Flash Gordon!!! Best ever!!!
Aidan: hubba indeed. Although I was never a fan of miss Munro.
Stress_Bear: Have your outlines on a different layer. When you've painted under them for a bit, drop the opacity of the outline layer by say 20% and continue. keep doing this until the outline is gone! Alternatively, start painting on top of the outline rather than underneath it, and just paint it out. Also, try painting occasionally without outlines; start by blocking in the colour shapes and then gradually refining; like the process pics in the post.
Hope that helps!
Bubbarossa: Yeah I nearly posted that up instead, but the other scene won out by a head!
Thanks to Joemonster I have discovered this site, whoah! I love these works and stuff (i never was good with expressing my opinion in English, sorry, but I hope you get what I mean)
Like perelka-I I got here by Joemonster and I'm so excited of your pictures! Love your style :)
And nice to see your welcome in polish :D
I'm going to watch your website regularly :)
There is a list of all the nurses in Oregon and the ones for LA.
Hansen has the list and so does Capshaw.
do you have a video process of your work...great stuff!!
the portrait of Ornella, totally great!!:D
Lovely work here on your blog. Do you mind if I link to you on my own erotic art blog?
Nathan: I don't mind at all! could you post a link up to your site?
A little project I've been wanting to start for a while. Naked girls, robotic parts, and hopefully a lot more. I really like your work -- and I appreciate that you're one of the few out there doing erotic art, and doing it well =) cheers.
^ Sorry, I am fucking this up. Copy and paste the link if it doesn't work. =)
I like your work! And that´s a good picture of you...I think I´m in love with that piece you´re standing in front of.
The photo is good! You don't look like a 'melon' at all!
I love Flash Gordon. He's such a fucking tool, but so loveable. Ornella Muti is a goddess. I nearly killed myself when I watched this with my boyfriend. Dale was so frumpy.. plus her name was Dale?? How unsexy is that?
Keep up your amazing work, you're talent is enviable.
Haha I was hoping you'd see the Ornella post! You inspired it! :) x
