Dr Sketchys and Ricci

I went to Dr Sketchys Nottingham on the weekend, here are some drawings from the event, they range from 5 to 30 minute poses.

Madelines Lesson

Here's the first oil painting of my own stuff (rather than studies) that I completed. It's a couple of years old now, somehow I never got round to posting it up before. I learnt a lot from doing this one; a lot of mistakes that taught me some lessons good and early!

A couple of new commissions I finished recently. The second one is for a new website The Zaftig Geek. It's under construction at the minute but hopefully the link will go somewhere in the future!

Another week with nothing finished to show on the blog I'm afraid!
So instead here's a little detail of a pic I'm working on at the minute called "Whomp". I'm really pleased with how this one is going and can't wait to get it done so I can show it off! Shouldn't be too long hopefully.

Also, I got sent these great photos of some JoBeth cosplay! I designed a ton of characters for the Timesplitters series, and I'd love to see some more Timesplitters cosplay if anyone has the time or the interest to pick up that particular gauntlet...
